Timothy Walerius has been practicing law since 1994 and has a broad range of legal experience. He has represented both Fortune 500 Companies and individuals with legal issues. Tim practices in a wide range of legal areas including bankruptcy, construction, asset protection and estate planning, personal injury, chemical exposure and environmental law. Tim has worked with contractors and building professionals on a variety of construction issues. He has also worked on real estate cases involving environmental issues and worked directly with EPA and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office for Environmental Compliance. In addition, he also has experience helping individuals with bankruptcy resolution and individuals with asset protection and estate planning. Tim has worked on every aspect of legal representation from the discovery phase through trial and all stages in between. Tim’s educational background includes a law degree from Ohio Northern University which included an internship with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office for Environmental Compliance, B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from The Lawrence Institute of Technology and an Associates degree in Chemical engineering from Toledo’s Community and Technical College. He has worked in industry as a chemist and as an engineer at the corporate level. Tim considers himself to be a common guy who worked his way through college and has held many manual labor type jobs from mowing lawns to strip mining coal. Timothy Walerius is a sole practitioner of law in the Toledo area and enjoys helping people. He enjoys speaking with people over the telephone and welcomes all questions. He doesn’t strive for volume but rather one on one attention to his client’s legal matters. He spends quality time with clients reviewing their particular problem and exploring their legal options.
